Samsung Galaxy S22 5G Specs
The Samsung Galaxy S22 5G was officially introduced on February 25, 2022 as the lower series of the Galaxy S22 Ultra 5G. But they both run on 5G networks and are ready to compete with the iPhone. It also has different dimensions and weights from the previous series. The device is made of durable materials (front and back glass), even an aluminum frame. It also offers Single SIM (Nano-SIM) or Dual SIM card slots (2 Nano-SIMs + eSIM).
Advantages of Galaxy S22 5G
This smartphone is water resistant to a depth of 1.5 meters for 30 minutes. In addition, it is equipped with a 2X Dynamic AMOLED screen which is supported by a 120Hz refresh rate and HDR10 +. It also offers a 6.1-inch LCD with a resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels with a color density of up to 425 ppi. The operating system embedded in this device is Android 12 with One UI 5 which can be upgraded to Android 13. To support performance, the Samsung S22 is equipped with two chipsets, Exynos 2200 and Qualcomm SM8450 Snapdragon 8 Gen 1.
In addition, it is also equipped with Xclipse 920 and Adreno 730 GPUs to support graphics performance. However, this smartphone is only equipped with internal storage and RAM of 128GB/8GB RAM and 256GB/8GB RAM (UFS 3.1). For camera quality, it offers main camera features of 50MP (wide), 10MP (telephoto), and also 12 MP (ultrawide). While the front camera is equipped with a resolution of 12 MP (wide). Amazingly it is able to produce 8K video recording quality with LED flash, Auto-HDR, and Panorama features. In terms of connectivity, the Galaxy S22 is superior with Wi-Fi 6 (dual-band), Wi-Fi Direct, Hotspot, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS and NFC.
