The Motorola company introduced its newest smartphone, the Motorola Edge 40 with the advantages of the Mediatek Dimensity 8020 (6 nm) chipset. It is also able to compete with other middle class products such as the Samsung Galaxy A14 5G. Even though it brings a few changes to the specifications, it is still a powerful mid-range smartphone with an advantage on the GPU.

The main advantage of the Edge 40 is its dual camera where the main camera has a 50MP 1/1.55 sensor. While the second camera has a 13 MP, f/2.2, 120˚ (ultrawide) lens which is more professional than the Edge 30 series. Motorola Edge 40 series it is equipped with IP68 for dust and water resistance.In fact, it is embedded with 5G connectivity (eSIM), dual SIM, Wi-Fi 6e, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC and also a fingerprint reader.

It's also has a 6.55 "P-OLED screen with HDR10+ features and a resolution of 1080x2400px. In fact, this smarphone equipped with internal storage of 128GB/8GB RAM and 256GB/8GB RAM with UFS 3.1 technology. The Edge 40 series run on Android 13 operating system. In addition, it provides single front camera with a wide lens 32 MP, f / 2.4. The video recording quality of the front and rear cameras reaches 4K@30fps supported by a 4400mAh capacity battery with 68W fast wired charging and 15W wireless.
