The Samsung Galaxy A23 5G was introduced September 2, 2022 as a newcomer, in a different class with the Galaxy A73 5G. It has lower specifications than the A73, so it is suitable to compete with the Motorola Edge 30 Neo. In addition, it only features a 6.6-inch PLS LCD with a screen-to-body ratio of 82.5%. However, this device has a resolution of 1080 x 2408 pixels and a color depth of up to 400 ppi.

Samsung protects this smartphone screen with the latest Corning Gorilla Glass 5 technology. In addition, the A23 phone is equipped with the Android 12 operating system and is supported by the One UI 4.1 user interface. Even the high performance of this smartphone is thanks to the Qualcomm SM6375 Snapdragon 695 5G (6 nm) chipset and Adreno 619 GPU. It also provides microSDXC memory slot storage as an additional storage capacity option. In fact, it also offers LED flash, Panorama, and HDR features to enhance the camera quality. Unfortunately, the video recording quality of this smartphone is only capable of 1080p resolution. However, it still provides a 3.5mm audio jack which is useful for wired headset users.
